1. How will I get the items you stated?
You only have to contact our customer service and they will plan the entire dungeons tour in accordance with the items you have ordered on our website.
2. Can I monitor the process of my order?
Of course, you can. You can either log on your account to check the items you get or contact our customer service directly.
3. Do I have to provide my account info?
Yes. You will be asked for the account's info when you place your order, so our staff can log on your account to get items you ordered.
4. Do I have to transfer my character to the appointed server?
Not really, it depends on whether our service has covered your server. But if the service is unavailable in your server or there is a long queue there, you can choose to transfer your character to the appointed server.
5. If I can't get what I order this week will I proceed to next week'? Or will I cancel my order and be refunded?
Yes. You can proceed to next week' raid and the week after the next or so until you get all that you order from us. If you do not want to proceed you can get your refund.
6. What way of payment you accept?
At present we only accept payment via PayPal, but more convenient ways of payment will be on our consideration in the future.
